Defensive Driving Course (7.5 hours) - 11th December 2025 (8:00 am to 03:30 pm)

Purpose: An interactive and practical course on safe light vehicle operation, focusing on defensive driving techniques, hazard awareness, and road safety. Participants learn key skills in vehicle handling, traffic rules, and risk management to anticipate and respond effectively and safely to road traffic hazards.
Objectives:
    • To understand the principles and importance of defensive driving.
    • To understand road accident trends in Qatar by analyzing relevant statistics and data.
    • To Identify common driving hazards
    • To enhance safe driving by managing distractions and applying defensive driving techniques
    • To understand key provisions of Qatar Road Traffic Law (Law No. 19 of 2007).
Target Audience: 
  • Mandatory for all employees (NOC, TAS and Service contractors) with an allocated parking spot (either in NOC tower or other rented working locations).
  • Optional for sponsored relatives of employees (spouses and eligible children) and for Employees who do not have an allocated parking spot (either in NOC tower or other rented working locations).
Eligibility: Valid Qatar Driving License (Hard copy). 
Venue: Mowasalat - Karwa Driving Academy (Industrial Area)

Training Duration: 8 Hours
Dress Code: As per NOC standard, maintaining professional appearance.
Important: Kindly note that arriving more than 15 minutes late or being absent will result in automatic removal from the attendance list.
Kindly bring your original Driving License.
