IF+ Champions Workshop (16 hours)- 8th - 9th February 2025 (8:00 am to 05:00 pm)

Purpose: Ground participants in the core distinctions for becoming an IF+ Champion and develop skills to support an effective IF+ culture. 

Objectives: 

  • Lead IF+ on site, acting as a bridge between the NOC Leadership Team and the site. 

  • Elevate safety awareness among the workforce and supervision. 

  • Inspire and motivate the workforce to engage in creating an IF+, Care, and Concern culture. 

  • Involve business partners and contractors in the IF+ culture. 

  • Enhance supervision and workforce relationship to Safety Management Systems (SMS) like TBT, HIT, LMRA, Intervention, and Observation Cards. 

  • Organically grow more Champions from the workforce and foremen to expand participation and partnership across all layers. 

Target Audience: All NOC employees and service contractors designated as IF+ Champions. 

Venue: Room 108, Mezzanine level, NOC Tower.
Training Duration: 16 Hours
Dress Code: NO coveralls, safety shoes, flip flops, slippers. NO sleeveless or shorts.
Important: Kindly note that arriving more than 15 minutes late or being absent will result in automatic removal from the attendance list.
Kindly bring your QID or passport for identification purposes to the NOC reception.
Vehicle Parking: Please note there is no vehicle parking slots for the participants coming for the training inside NOC tower.
