IF+ Supervisor Safety Leadership Skills (8 hours) - 02nd October 2025 (8:00 am to 04:30 pm)
- Purpose: Enhance frontline supervision’s safety leadership capabilities to support an IF+ culture.
- Objectives:
- Communicate senior management’s commitment to IF+.
- Introduce models and tools for safe work.
- Understand the Four Worlds of Supervision.
- Practice leading safe work practices.
- Assign work in an IF+ manner.
- Acknowledge and appreciate safe work.
- Positively intervene in an IF+ manner.
- Link personal, process, and psychological safety.
- Target Audience: All NOC employees and service contractors in supervisory roles.
Venue:
Room 108, Mezzanine level, NOC Tower.
Training Duration: 8 Hours
Dress Code: NO coveralls, safety shoes, flip flops,
slippers. NO sleeveless or shorts.
Important:
Kindly note that arriving more than 15 minutes late or being absent will
result in automatic removal from the attendance list.
Kindly bring your QID or passport for identification purposes to the NOC reception.
Vehicle Parking:
Please note there is no vehicle parking slots for the participants coming
for the training inside NOC tower.
