Train the Facilitator - IF+ SSK (32 hours/3 Days): 19th-21st October 2025 (8:00 am to 04:30 pm)

- Purpose: Support management in building the IF+ culture through delivering the 8-hour IF+ SSK workshops.
- Objectives:
- Enroll others in the IF+ safety culture journey.
- Create a dialogue in the workshop that enables people to learn for themselves.
- Cause a shift in how people relate to safety and create a buzz in the organization.
- Manage time and logistics of the workshop.
- Manage the room when delivering the workshop.
- Be a role model for others - IF+ Champion in and out of the classroom.
- Manage important feedback from the classroom – either to participants or management.
- Facilitation skills coaching and feedback.
- Target Audience: Anyone nominated by the Entity Manager.
- Facilitator's Criteria:
- Good personal reputation, self-awareness, and credibility.
- Confidence in communicating in front of diverse or sometimes skeptical groups.
- Strong listening skills – respectful of others’ viewpoints and inclusive.
- Positive influencers and role models for safety – safety is a value for them.
- Appetite for new learning and development.
- Values creating relationships.
- Believes in IF+ and wants to contribute to enhancing NOC’s safety culture.
- Willing to commit to delivering the workshops (with management support).
- For IF+ Supervisor Safety Leadership Skills, participants should be at the Supervisor level at a minimum.
Venue:
Room 108, Mezzanine level, NOC Tower.
Training Duration: 8 Hours
Dress Code: NO coveralls, safety shoes, flip flops,
slippers. NO sleeveless or shorts.
Important:
Kindly note that arriving more than 15 minutes late or being absent will
result in automatic removal from the attendance list.
Kindly bring your QID or passport for identification purposes to the NOC reception.
Vehicle Parking:
Please note there is no vehicle parking slots for the participants coming
for the training inside NOC tower.
Please ensure that you arrive on time to make the most of this training session.
